I got to record today with David on his new album. It was a thrill for me. 

I also got asked by Amy Noelle to critique her CakeMade videos before they went live. I felt totally honored to do that. Taking her class while we were in New York really affirmed my interest in cake making. Chris got me The Cake Bible for Mother's Day, and I will be baking my way through it and writing about it. 

Finally, for the short Olive and I did we've both gotten tons of positive feedback. The video is getting lots of views. Mandy said that when she and her colleagues reviewed it, the direct quote about me was, "That actress nailed it."

I'm happy, and it's so gratifying, to use some of the talents God gave me lately.  

Scripture Power

The kids were asked to sing "Scripture Power" for a church lesson at a nursing home. Olive was sick, so my buddy Jenny took Lucy and George along with her kids. She said they did great!
